Az Eurocar3 sorozat második versenyén az amerikai James Egozi rajt cél-győzelmet aratott.
A mezőny körülbelül a táv felét a safety car mögött töltötte két versenyző félreállása miatt,
egyedül az első hat körben volt alkalmuk a versenyzőknek igazán kibontakozni. A rajt után
kialakult sorrend, Egozi, Lammers, Dall’Agnol, Al Azhari, Pradel, Eyckmann a futam során
nem változott, bár Al Aghazi folyamatosan támadta Dall’Agnolt. Lammers közben tíz
másodperces büntetést kapott rajtkiugrás miatt, ezért a végeredmény máshogy alakult, mint
ahogy a versenyzők áthajtottak a célvonalon. Az Eurocar 3 idényzáró futamának végső
sorrendje Egozi, Dall’Agnol, Al Azhari, Pradel, Eyckmann… lett. James Egozi már a 2026-os
év bajnokaként érkezett ide, most még hozzátett előnyéhez. Az amerikai versenyző idén 16
versenyből kilencen győzedelmeskedett.
James Egozi: „Jól sikerült a verseny. A pole pozícióból indultam, sima volt a rajt, és tartani

James Egozi won the second race on the Hungaroring
On the second race of the Eurocar3 series, American driver James Egozi secured a lights-to-
flag victory. Due to two drivers retiring from the race, the field spent roughly half the distance
behind the safety car; the competitors only had a genuine opportunity to race during the first
six laps. The order established at the start—Egozi, Lammers, Dall’Agnol, Al Azhari, Pradel,
and Eyckmann—remained unchanged throughout the race, although Al Azhari kept constant
pressure on Dall’Agnol. Meanwhile, Lammers received a ten-second penalty for a jump start,
meaning the final classification differed from the order in which the drivers crossed the finish
line. The final standings for the Eurocar3 season finale were: Egozi, Dall’Agnol, Al Azhari,
Pradel, Eyckmann… James Egozi arrived at the event having already clinched the 2026
championship, and he further extended his lead here. The American driver claimed victory in
nine out of this year’s 16 races.

pace. The season have been great, we had consistent potential every weekend, so I couldn’t be
